Naatu Sandhai is a marketplace platform. All returns are handled directly by the individual sellers. Each seller may have different return policies. Please review the seller's specific policy before making a purchase.

  • Returns are typically accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Perishable items (food, fresh produce) may not be returnable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by buyer or seller depending on reason
  • Damaged or wrong items are always eligible for return

2. When Returns Are Generally Accepted

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact the Seller Directly

    Use the seller's contact information (phone, WhatsApp, or email) provided in your order confirmation. Explain the issue and request a return.

  2. Provide Order Details

    Share your order number, product details, and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Wait for Seller Approval

    The seller will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.

  4. Ship the Product Back

    Follow the seller's instructions for returning the product. Some sellers may arrange pickup.

  5. Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once the seller receives and inspects the returned product, they will process your refund or send a replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Seller Pays Return Shipping:

  • • Wrong product delivered
  • • Product damaged in transit
  • • Product significantly different from description
  • • Defective or expired product

Buyer May Pay Return Shipping:

  • • Change of mind (if seller accepts)
  • • Incorrect size/variant ordered by buyer
  • • Other reasons at seller's discretion

7. Naatu Sandhai's Role in Returns

As a marketplace platform, Naatu Sandhai:

  • Does NOT process returns directly - sellers handle all returns
  • May assist in communication between buyers and sellers if disputes arise
  • Encourages sellers to maintain fair return policies
  • May take action against sellers with poor return practices

8. Return Disputes

If you have a dispute with a seller regarding returns:

  1. First, try to resolve directly with the seller
  2. If unresolved, contact Naatu Sandhai support with your order details
  3. We will review the case and attempt to mediate
  4. Note: We can facilitate communication but cannot force a resolution

9. Tips for Smooth Returns
